Ian Lazarus
Ian has experience in executive and board level search across the insurance, retail banking, consumer finance and professional service sectors. This spans public, private and private equity backed companies.
Before joining The Miles Partnership in 2002 Ian worked at Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to this Ian was a Managing Director at Newman Martin & Buchan Ltd, an international brokerage firm. Ian also established Global Special Risks Inc., a New York based energy sector wholesale insurance broker. He began his career at Willis Faber Plc.
Ian has a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of York and an MBA from INSEAD.
