Katushka Giltsoff
Katushka has over 20 years experience in executive and board level search in financial services institutions and businesses in transition.
Before joining The Miles Partnership in 2009 Katushka was a partner at The Zygos Partnerhip and prior to that a partner at Whitehead Mann. Her earlier career was spent with BZW, Merril Lynch and Lehman Brothers, where she held a variety of positions firstly in proprietary trading before moving into front office recruitment for the UK and rest of Europe.
Katushka has a BSc Hons in Sociology and Politics and is MIPD qualified. She is currently undertaking a part-time Masters.
