Simon Bartholomew
Simon has over 22 years experience in executive and board level search for a wide range of companies, both public and private. He has operated in many sectors including healthcare, industrial and consumer goods sectors.
Before joining The Miles Partnership in 2003 Simon was Managing Director in the Board of Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to this Simon worked at Whitehead Mann where he ran their management assessment business. He started his career at ICI Plc before moving to Bain & Company as a strategy consultant.
Simon has a degree from the University of Nottingham and a doctorate from the University of Cambridge.
