Robin joined the partnership in 2009 and has over 5 years experience in executive and non-executive search.

Before joining The Miles Partnership, Robin worked at Zygos Partnership focusing on board level appointments. Prior to this he worked for Whitehead Mann.

Robin has a Degree in politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Masters Degree in Legal and Political Theory from University College London.

Katie joined the partnership in 2004 and has over 13 years experience in executive and board level search in the finance, private equity and general management sectors.

Before joining The Miles Partnership Katie worked for Whitehead Mann in their Retail and Consumer Practice. Prior to this Katie completed the Tesco Graduate Training Scheme.

Katie holds a MA in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.

Emma joined the Partnership in 2008 and has over six years experience in executive and non-executive search, predominantly in the life science sector, specialising in the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare services sectors.

Before joining the Miles Partnership, Emma was Assistant Head of Research at Euromedica, a specialist international life science executive search consultancy headquartered in London.

Emma has a BSc in Natural Sciences, majoring in Psychology from the University of Durham and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University, London.

Lisa joined the partnership in 2007 and has over 10 years experience in executive and non-executive search across energy, telecoms, electronics, start-ups, venture capital backed organisations and healthcare.

Before joining The Miles Partnership, Lisa was a Senior Associate at Korn/ Ferry International in the Technology Practice. Before this Lisa was Research Manager for Gillamor Stephens, a technology focused executive search firm.

Lisa has a BA Honours in Law & French from Oxford Brookes University and a Law School Diploma from the University of Oxford.

Nabeela joined the partnership in 2005 and has over 15 years experience in executive and board level search across all sectors, specialising in insurance.

Before joining The Miles Partnership, Nabeela worked in the UK office of a Paris-based international search firm. Prior to this Nabeela managed Research & Database for a small consultancy operating at senior management and board level.

Nabeela has a Diploma in Computer Science.

Liz Shay is Head of Research at The Miles Partnership LLP and joined the firm in 1998. She conducts assignments for Plc, Private Equity and International Clients at both board and operating level in a variety of sectors on a UK and cross-border basis.

Prior to joining the company, she was with Harling Menzies, a boutique search firm.

Liz has a BA in French and Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham and Ecole Superieure de Commerce Bordeaux and an MBA from London Metropolitan University. She has spent time in the USA, France, Spain and Australia and speaks French, Spanish and German.

Lucy joined the partnership in 2008 and has over 19 years experience in executive and board level search across the industrial, healthcare, consumer, media and support service sectors.

Before joining The Miles Partnership, Lucy worked in research at Ian Jones & partners. Prior to this Lucy was Joint Head of Research at Saxton Bampfylde Hever.

Lucy has a degree in English from Durham University and a degree in coaching from the University of Strathclyde.

Freddie joined the partnership in 2010 in the insurance practice and has over 4 years experience.

Before joining The Miles Partnership Freddie worked for Korn/Ferry | Whitehead Mann (formerly Whitehead Mann) in their Insurance Practice. Prior to this Freddie was Communications Director for the Marketing Communications Consultants Association.

Freddie has a BA degree in Spanish from the University of Bristol.
